Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ENTEREX website and the consulting services we provide. By using our site or purchasing a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

ENTEREX is an independent strategic consulting practice. We provide advisory services related to Canadian work visa pathways and the launch of consulting businesses. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or represent clients before Canadian immigration authorities. Where regulated work is required, we refer clients to licensed RCIC consultants or immigration lawyers.

2. Services

Service descriptions, deliverables, and prices are listed on the Services page. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Booking and payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; ENTEREX never stores your full card details.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information for our review;
  • Attend scheduled sessions on time;
  • Use any deliverables for your own personal or business use only.

5. Intellectual property

Frameworks, templates, written plans, and other materials delivered by ENTEREX remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our materials.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

We do everything we can to give you sound, realistic advice. However, immigration decisions, business outcomes, and third-party approvals are outside our control and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENTEREX's total liability arising from or related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through direct communication.
