Refund Policy

At ENTEREX we want every client to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our consulting services. By purchasing a service from ENTEREX you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellations before service begins

You may cancel any booked consultation and receive a full refund (100%) if you notify us by email at support@enterex.online at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

2. Cancellations within 48 hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may reschedule once at no additional cost within 30 days.

3. After the service has been delivered

Once a consultation, audit, or written deliverable has been delivered, the service is considered rendered and is generally non-refundable. If you believe the delivered work was materially deficient, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith. Where appropriate we may offer a partial refund or remedial work at no extra cost.

4. Multi-session packages

For packages with multiple sessions (e.g. Visa Strategy Pack, Consulting Business Launch), unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested in writing within 30 days of purchase, minus the value of any sessions or deliverables already completed.

5. Outcomes are not guaranteed

ENTEREX provides strategic advisory and consulting. We do not guarantee any specific immigration, business, or financial outcome. Refunds are not issued because a visa was refused, a business plan was not approved by a third party, or any other outcome outside our control.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@enterex.online with:

  • The full name and email used at purchase
  • Order/invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.
